Primarily facilitate the resolution of outstanding debt between the debtor or debtor's estate and the NC Department of Health and Human Services
Negotiate with Counsel, Insurance Companies, Trustees, Guardians and Family Members
Review claims for settlement alternatives, research applicable law and prepare post-judgment documents
